Registration for Neil Armstrong sports is online and is now open for the 2026-2027 school year! Please use the link below to Final Forms, our sports registration platform. Athletes must have the online registration completed and have a sports physical on file before attending the first practice or tryouts. Athletic fees are due upon registration. If the sport requires tryouts, athletic fees can be paid once teams are formed.

Registration must be completed before athletes can participate in tryouts or practice.
Sports physicals and health insurance are required in order to participate in sports at Neil Armstrong Middle School.
- Sports physicals are good for 2 years from the exam date. Sports physicals are available at the School Based Health Center. For appointments, please call 503-359-4057.
- If your child needs health insurance, please pick up a Student Accident Insurance form (offered by Myers-Stevens & Toohey & Co.) from the main office or visit their website at: https://myers-stevens.com/enrollment/
Athletic Fees for the 2026-2027 school year are $75 per sport if the student attends Neil Armstrong Middle School, with a $225 family maximum. Fees for students who do not attend Neil Armstrong Middle School (but live in district) will be $150 per sport, with a $450 family maximum. If you are unable to pay the athletic fee at the beginning of the season, please complete this NAMS Payment Arrangement Form.
